Technical focus : Presence, body awareness, movement texture, fluidity.
Experience the magic that happens when feeling goooood dancing IS the goal.
We will take 4 weeks to not only learn a choreography but make it your own.
The goal isn’t so much to learn a dance, but rather to fully ENJOY your dance.
To develop on the ability to find it pleasurable to practice, move, feel the music in your body and perform.
